“After years of working on various makeshift computer desks... plywood over 2 drawer filing cabinets, garage sale desks, particle board self-assembly kits, and several employer-provided desks, I had a fairly good idea of what I really wanted in a desk. I also doubted that I'd ever really get it.

In 2018, I saw a Facebook post featuring some custom built bookcases built by Eric Robinson that caught my eye and I contacted him about building a desk for me. I'd bought a new computer that was too large for my current desk and decided I wanted something more custom made.

 

He listened carefully and took my all my ideas of what I wanted into consideration. He never once told me that something I wanted wouldn't work or couldn't be done, though his design definitely improved on my ideas. He was very upfront and honest with me that some of what I wanted would be costly. That mostly involved the size I wanted and that I wanted it made of walnut.

 

Eric Robinson built my dream desk for me. I've enjoyed it for over seven years now."
